Step 1: Provide recipient information during checkout

During the checkout process, please provide the following contact information and billing address of the intended recipient for the e-gift card:

• Full name
• Email address
• Contact number

This will ensure the e-gift card is personalized and sent directly to the intended recipient.

Step 2: Redeem the e-gift card

Once the recipient receives the confirmation email, they can simply take a screenshot of the email and present it at any Wink location of their choice. Our friendly staff will then assist them in redeeming the e-gift card.

• Our electronic gift cards are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the gift card to be activated and ready for use.
